Starlight Windows have been collecting customer reviews since July 2006 through their 3rd party insurance provider HomePro. As you will note we have a considerable number of reviews, the vast majority of which are very positive. The Google reviews was launched, in Late 2007 and started to gain real traction 2 or 3 years later. Every customer we have, if their installation requires FENSA registration, gets a feedback questionnaire from our third-party insurance provider. This enables us to constantly improve our business with genuine feedback.
